Wanted: Assistant Coaches Commencement Bay is seeking a boys and girls novice coach for the Spring Season 2010. The juniors novice team practices Monday-Friday 3:30-5:30pm. Our Spring Season begins the beginning of February and runs through mid May. Applicants must have experience in competitive rowing or coxing, coaching experience is a plus. Attendance at practice and the 7 weekend regattas we attend in the spring is mandatory. We are looking for individuals who are positive, encouraging and supportive, with the ability to lead our high school athletes to their full potential.
