Due to restrictions in place for COVID-19, our winter program will be me modified from the usual format we've held at the boathouse the past several years. The goals for the program remain the same with an added emphasis on maintaining team cohesiveness. The program will have three components:
1) Our first priority will be a virtual format with practices conducted on Zoom and athletes using their own or borrowed equipment. That program is described on the page below.
2) Workouts with limited numbers may be offered at the boathouse depending on interest as well as current and future COVID
restrictions. More information coming soon.
3) On-the-water sculling practices with small groups of singles and same-family doubles. These will be scheduled in advance
and weather dependent. Schedule to be developed depending on interest. More information coming soon.
Athletes familiar with the program can register at the link below.
