USRowing Compliance

CBRC requires that each participant in our regular season rowing programs has a US Rowing membership and has signed an online USRowing waiver. This is primarily for liability and insurance reasons. This is required for participating in all USRowing-sanctioned regattas.

USRowing membership is NOT required for summer Learn-to-Row camps.

Register for a USRowing Membership

You will need CBRC's Club Roster Code when you register with USRowing:

HGMV6 (all caps, case sensitive)

  • All Adult CBRC participants are required to be Championship members of USRowing.

    The current cost of this Championship membership is $65, renewal is $55.00.

    Paid memberships are good for one year from the month of purchase.

  • Basic Membership - for Novices and Middle School athletes.

    $25 first year / $20 renewals


    Championship Membership - for High School athletes who have rowed for more than 1 year.

    Championship membership is also required to participate in local, regional, and national regattas.

    $65 first year / $55 renewals


    Financial assistance     through the "Bridge" option for youth athletes with demonstrated financial restrictions is available through USRowing.
