During our 10-day camps for youth in middle and high school, experienced coaches lead novices through the fundamentals of technique in both sculling (two oars per rower) and sweep (one oar per rower).
Participants progress from rowing short distances on the water to building confidence and fitness over longer distances.
Safe and fun rowing is the primary focus. Rowers are always accompanied by trained, USRowing-authorized coaches in launches (motorized boats).
Sessions
Session 1 - June 22-July 2
Session 2 - June 6-July 16
Session 3 - July 20-30
Session 4 - August 3-13
Summer Learn-to-Row participants can register for as many camp sessions as they like!
Practices
Monday-Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
All practices originate at the CBRC boathouse.
Program Fee
The fee for each session is $250 + tax.
A $10 USRowing 60-day Learn-to-Row Membership is also required for participation.

Summer Learn-to-Row participants can register for as many camp sessions as they like!
Practices
Camps consists of a Thursday morning (5:30-7 a.m.) land-based class, and four on-the-water classes on consecutive Friday (5:30-7 a.m.) and Sunday (6:30-8:30 a.m.) mornings.
All practices originate at the CBRC boathouse.

A $10 USRowing 60-day Learn-to-Row Membership is also required for participation.
